Excellent experience! Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and very fair. After showing the tech the issue with my machine, he knew exactly what was wrong with it and repaired it quickly for a very decent charge. I will definitely return here and only here for my machine repairs now, as I finally found a place that I can trust to do the job right!

My wife's 45 year old Viking sewing machine stopped working. Viking folks wouldn’t look at an old machine. We took it to Tim and he opened it up and showed us the possible problems. He fixed it in a few days at a very reasonable price and we're so grateful. Thanks Tim!

I took my sewing machine for a cleaning not because there was something wrong with it, but because I've had it for years and I thought maybe it needed lubricating and a checkup. I was told it would be a while so I went back a couple of weeks later to pick it up. Two employees were meandering in the store and appeared as if they had nothing to do. I was told it wasn't ready, and they needed more time. I said I needed it, and went back about two hours later to pick it up. Paid and took it home. I tried to use it and the machine skipped stiches and was sluggish to I took it back. They took a look at it, again, I assume and showed me a piece of fabric with even stiches. Since then, I haven't used it for a while but I took their word. However, I just tried to use it, and it's still skipping stiches. You can make up your mind on whether or not you will use the place. I sure as hell won't.

HIGHLY recommend Tim and his staff. So very happy with the results he gave on my moms Singer sewing machine. Knew right off what the problem was, without even looking at it. I spent a lot of money twice taking it to someone else and never fixed the problem. Tim is very knowledgeable so glad we took the machine to him. THANK YOU SO MUCH .

My sister recommends this vacuum cleaner Simplicity from this shop as the best vacuum she has ever used. I tried my sister's vacuum a few times and it works really well. My husband said seems you like it very much, so he bought one for me.

Tim and Russ were great. They quoted the price before the work, which was quite reasonable, and even suggested on my carpet steamer, I'd be better off looking to buy a used one or even consider a new one if I wanted rather than replace a costly pump part which at that price point wouldnt merit the cost for their service. Both Tim and Russ were great. They took care of me on the spot, no need for a return visit. Highly recommend. Thank you.

In & out with my vacuum repaired while I waited...only took 5 minutes & only got charged 1/3 of the price I was quoted over the phone! This is a very honest shop & it's not my 1st experience there either. I can see why they have remained in business for so long!
