Vegas Vision

I loved my visit to Vegas Vision! The doctor and his whole staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor took time to explain everything and his advice was very helpful. I'll be returning again and again.

There needs to be NEW office management ASAP for this location. As polite and kind as some receptionist try to be, it does not excuse the lack of professional business standard. There is no way a patient should have to pay UPFRONT for a contact exam, to NOT receive a single pair of trial lenses NOR a contact prescription because the lenses in office are expired ! When told by the Optometrist & Receptionist they will be in within a week, just to call a week later & be told it will be another week! Completely unprofessional. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Well can I just say I have a non verbal special son and the first set of glasses he had first few actually from age 2-5 he hated his glasses always breaking them never wanted to wear them now that we went here to this new Dr office about two months ago ever since and I mean from the moment he first put his glasses on his face lit up he wore them all day first day no breaks now every morning when we wake up early first thing is he wants a drink and walks us to his glasses and says verbally " I want" meaning his glasses I'm so thankful he's happy and seeing the world better now thank you from the bottom of my heart for you're experience and professional and ability to do this thing for my baby boy we love you guys

Love this place! Have been coming for years! There all so nice,yvonne is my favorite! She is very kind nd always helping me when i go.clean environment as well.

I was visiting Las Vegas and ours kids play to gather and my nephew get accidentally hurt in his eyes , this is the only office doctor approve walk in visit during this time , after all he’s really good doctor he find the problem and give me the correct medicine I’m so happy with the service and fast responding Professional doctor will get more then 5stars

Place was cool. Everyone new what they were doing. Everything went smooth picking up glasses today

my family and i have been going here for years and it’s took a downhill turn very fast. The two lady’s here have gotten very lazy, one of them is rude always giving attitude and the other doesn’t even know what’s going on. the doctors are great but it’s time for new staff. they have messed up payments and prescriptions many times. but the very last straw was using my fathers insurance to cover another family’s members committing insurance fraud without informing us when all insurance were provided. very sloppy work. they tried to make us pay the difference and waisted three months of our time waiting for my 8 year olds glasses just to admit that they didn’t have them! just avoid this location. it is truly a mess!

The office itself is very nice and accommodating. I set up an appointment over the phone no problem. When I got there one of the receptionist was pretty rude & did not sympathize at all. The other one on the other hand was kinder & sympathized as it was my first time there, I dealt with her the rest of my visit. The doctor was friendly and answered any questions I had & gave me great recommendations. They also made prescription lenses for my frames that I brought in, takes 5-7 days. I will definitely go back as a regular but they lost 1 star due to a rude and impatient receptionist.

The office staff was amazing. My 7 yr old daughter loved the selection of glasses they carried. The doctor was very kind and caring. He was very informative when explaining my daughters eye problems to the both of us. We are very happy with every aspect of this office and will continue to use them for the whole family.

My Son and I Have Been a Customer at Vegas Vision for over 6 years Now. Yvonne Has Always Been Very Polite, Helpful and Caring! She Has The BEST Customer Service I've EVER Received. She's The Reason We Always Go Back To Vegas Vision. My Son Rolando and I Absolutely LOVE Her. I Highly Recommend Vegas Vision. I Don't Know What We Would Do Without Yvonne. You Are AMAZING YVONNE! Thank You For Always Being So Awesome and For Answering My Calls in Such an Enthusiastic Way.
