we had issues with an 11 year old server and the manufacture's support suggested 1 of 3 possible points of hardware failure.  after putting in an order for that one piece, Velocity promptly followed up with me to see if i'd like to order the other 2 potential hardware pieces which we agreed would be the best course of action.

we put in the order in on a thursday afternoon and received the parts on monday morning and they followed up with a call as well.  after the parts were installed, the server is back up and everyone is happy.

excellent service!
