Good experience overall. My exhaust pipe from turbo broken. Came Sunday done in 2 hours . Greg really helpful guy. Check pictures for more information. Hours 7 days open.

Parts department are pretty cool people. Very knowledgeable about the parts you are buying. But I will not recommend to get your truck service there. The service advisor sucks. They take forever to get any response back on what's going on with your truck. Why does it take 2 days to get a oil service done. Took 2 weeks to fix a part that usually takes 2 days to do. Had to take it there at the time cause it was under warranty

Top scale company. Low trust high prices high security. If you leave something in your truck it will be safe. They escorted you to your truck in an electric cart. Reasonably fast turn around time. Got in and out in 24 hours. Driver lounge is awesome. Showers, vending machines and microwave, Warning! one driver told me they kick you out at midnight and lock the gate. No shuttle.

Nothing but bunch of scam artists in this place. Their techs are jokes and if you're nice to them you'll have to take out a second mortgage to pay for your bill. Nothing is ever clear with them, the labor they charge is 4 times more than the actual time the tech spends on the truck- BE AWARE- I'm giving you diamonds here...

I dropped my truck here and stayed at this shop for a week and after that they told me it is ready for pick-up. But when I checked they have done nothing but they did charge us in the amount of $829 just for turning of check-engine light. We checked our unit and rolled but as I've mentioned no repairs done on it. And we re-dropped our truck to the shop. Since then it is there. no staff has worked yet on this unit. It is the worst place to repair truck. DRIVERS PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IT IS NOT A BEST PLACE TO WORK ON YOUR TRUCKS. Our truck # 239 was at this shop since 15th of September. Today I am also trying to get updates but no responce !!!!

This place is waste of time to repairing your trucks. I left my truck to be worked on and it was at the shop for a week. But when I came to pick it up I checked but no repairs have been done on it. I knew its status by driving. I appeared once I rolled for a mile. My truck number 239. Company ITF LLC. DRIVER DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Careless staff 100% , being hold on the phone for 30 minutes and their customer service just hand up the phone. mechanics are super slow, small issue will be fixed in two weeks when they say it takes 2 hours. the worse Velocity Freightliner dealer in United States !!!!

Bad customer service, they never call for update, I had to go visit to get an update. Service writers are rude, and it seems they are doing guess work on what’s wrong with my truck because they don’t pin point the problem and every fix they try, they keep charging me for it. They are an endless money pit.

Every truck we take there for repairs it either comes back worse or has a new issue. These guys NEVER return phone calls. I've been waiting weeks and everytime I try to get ahold of service I'm on hold or have to leave a voicemail. This place is a joke

If you order will call number and arrive there, they will give you any reason said not find.
