Don finished a custom build Cervelo Caledonia 5 for me. Not only did he do an excellent job completing the last item that I didn’t want to do - internal brake line routing. He also went through the whole build that I did and improved on my work in a couple of areas.

Don takes great care in servicing by bike. He meticulously checks all systems and repairs/adjusts as needed, and at a fair price. I am a customer for life.

Don has been great. He takes care of everything, is very responsive, and is about as close to having a personal bike expert as anyone would need.

Don at VeloZoom is a true patriot. VeloZoom in partnership with the Freewheel Foundation donated 10 brand new full suspension mountain bikes to the Knights of Heroes Foundation. Very good experience. Technician Don, arrived on time, friendly and so courteous working with senior citizen who just got an E-trike and not from him!!!. Love this husband/wife team! Owners Don and Amber are friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with them about local routes. Don switched our fat tires to tubeless so we could enjoy riding in the wonderful desert around Phoenix and Tucson. Great shop!

This was a totally awesome experience. I just moved here and did not know of a good bike shop, and didn’t really have a good way to get my bike there anyway. So this mobile service was so great. Don I think that’s right was amazing. He was right on time, fixed my flat, replaced my tubes and in general checked things out and gave me some tips too. Well worth the cost. Have been recommending them to fellow bike riders and surely will continue to do so. Couldn’t be happier I found them! Siri helped-lol. Give ‘em a try u will be happy you did.

I communicated with Don a couple times about bikes and fitting during this hard to find a bike time. He is always responsive. They have a very solid fitting platform and the process was detailed but efficient with ample time to ask questions. I am excited for my new bike to arrive and get built. I love that they have a "cyclist aid station" at the store that is always open - vending machine with parts, nutrition, etc. Free water and a repair stand and tools. That is a unique feature no other shop in the area has. It also has a set of lockers so they can transfer smaller purchases at any time. Love the mobile repair capability too.

Great service. I ordered a Rocky Mountain limited production and Don had it delivered to me in under a week. I appreciate the level of communication that was established through the ordering processes and continued support for any items that I could potentially have issues with. Thanks!
