Venetian Blind Carpet One Floor & Home

I don't usually write reviews. However I wanted to share the positive experience I had with Venetian Blind. They went above and beyond to help me with my flooring job. The salesperson I worked with listened to my goals and presented me with several options. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew lead and crew that they sent to do the carpet installation did a wonderful job. I love the way they did the detail around my closets which I chose not to carpet. However the real example of customer service came after the installation and after I had paid them in full. I had chosen the high quality memory foam carpet pad that they sell as their standard pad. However, after it was installed, I had unexpected problems with the pad. The company patiently worked with me to find a solution over a number of months. They changed out the pad to one that was better for me and charged me a very reasonable fee to do it. They even sent the original installer out to do the work. If you want a company to help even when the fault is not theirs, please consider Venetian Blind. I was very fortunate that I chose them.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR We worked with Jeff and selected his company to update and redo our master shower. The day I called to sign his contract to start work they declined to do our project. His boss/owner told him that the company could not do a quality job on our project and they said the project was too big a mess and could not handle it. They would not sign my contract or guidelines for working in my house. They are amazing for a large old company to decline work after promising to do the job as they bid it.

My salesman, Matt Cavanaugh and I had to do a reset. He communicated with me about the process of the purchase we made. He kept me informed on the daily and even sent great installers out. I was very pleased with this process and most importantly, Matt Cavanaugh is the salesman for me!!!!! I most definitely purchase more carpet from him. If I could give him 10 stars, he deserves it.!!!! Deborah Moore

I would like to say how happy I am with my new carpet that I obtained from Venetian Blind Carpet One Floor & Home. First, I received outstanding customer service from Bill Hill, who helped me with my decision on what type of carpet to purchase. He is quite knowledgeable and showed patience while I decided. Second, I would like to note what a great job that Manual carpet installer and his crew did. They arrived promptly and were very professional. I would highly recommend Venetian Blind Carpet for any carpet purchases.

whoever i talked to on the phone was very rude. i was calling on behalf of a family member of mine. keep in mind, i do not know a lot about flooring at all. Her cat had peed on a part of her hardwood floors so i was calling asking if their company was able to pull up real hard wood flooring because some places do not. He goes "uh, yeah, only if we put a new flooring down." okay great. after i explained my situation i said i probably would want to install carpet after the wood is pulled up, and he goes "uh, whats gonna stop the cat from peeing on the carpet." his tone and voice was very rude. will not recommend

I am a custom-builder-remodeler. I am a huge fan of Venetian and have a long, long track record working with them - and Matt Cavanaugh in particular - that spans over 25 years. They have installed hundreds of countertops, window coverings and flooring of all types for my clients - and at my own home, too. They have been amazing to work with. They stand behind their work and do top-quality installations. I highly recommend them for any project you may have. Great people to work with!

Great company to work with. The two story showroom floor is a must see in person. Ive personally worked with designer Gwen Redman who is not only friendly & sweet but extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the product, the service and the warranty. First rate installation. The price was fair. I love walking around barefoot. Ask for Jeff.

Very slow service

Incredibly rude coustomer service .. the guy on the phone would not even look up the type of flooring i needed..
