Staff was phenomenal and very attentive. Validated parking and free valet is a plus. Price was $75.00 for a organic pedicure which included a 22 minute massage. Worth every penny, pedicure was at least a hour and a half and included hot stones, wax, cucumber with hot towel, and more!
I'd only been to this salon once before and the experience was very pleasant. I was so pleased I called in advance, asked for the previous tech and I asked for a specific design, even sent pics of what I wanted before hand to only be extremely dissatisfied. Unfortunately Tam, the lady that did my nails before couldn't do the design I wanted so I had to have someone else do my nails. 1. I showed the nail tech the pic of what I wanted when I got to my appointment just for reassurance. He repeatedly asked, "what color, what color?" I should have known better then to proceed with my appointment. 2. While he was doing my nails he cut 4 of my fingers with the nail file. I told him that he was being too rough and it hurt. Needless to say he caused my fingers to bleed. 3. My nails are plain with NO design at all. 4. My shellac pedicure is a HOTMESS, my toes look like my 5 year old niece did them. I'm not the type to write a review but this experience was literally the worst I've ever had. To top this all off I was getting my nails done for my b-day and girls trip weekend. I wish I would've gone somewhere else now. I certainly will not waste my time, money and he sure as hell will not be referring anyone to this nail salon again.
I went to visit after calling to make sure they had the time. We show up to a very nice, empty place. However, after messing up my nails and blaming me, even after himself admitting he didn’t wait long enough for them to dry, he re-did them hastily still an empty establishment. Not even THREE DAYS after visiting the salon, my nails break, destroying my own in the process. To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement. I even bought their pricier one following Tony’s advice in order to protect my own nails... it’d be nicer if he would treat his next customers a little more decently. I however, leave this to advice others but will never again be visiting the establishment
I am visiting Venetian Nail Spa as we speak. I am absolutely in love. This is by FAR the nicest, most relaxing nail spa that I have ever been to. Tony is amazing! They have brand new massage chairs that are unlike any other nail spa you’ll ever visit. I say that with confidence. This isn’t your typical massage chair that you sit in while you’re receiving pedicure services. This massage chair massages everything from your BUTT to your neck, to your arms, hands and finger tips. Absolutely amazing. They also have organic services if you choose to go that route! 10/10 would recommend!
Terrible. One lady who did my pedicure was cool. She spoke where I could understand her. The lady Holly working on my manicure baited me into getting something I did not asked for. I specifically asked for the venetian signature for both $61. She mentioned something about something smelling better, and I replied I don’t want to smell that good, and laughed it off since I could barely understand her. I guess that prompted her to go ahead and up my manicure to the gold. So instead of 61, I paid 95 for a services I I didn’t even asked for. I know most people wouldn’t have paid, but I was pressed for time and didn’t to argue. Deceiving place. Try to up sale you with people who barely speak English.
Overpriced for the lackluster quality of services. Also the customer service is blah, the employees always seem to run out the door at closing. Once I was there and they started spraying eveyrthing down and cleaning well before closing while several customers and were in the middle of our services. The last time I attempted to go, they told me they took their last customer an hour and half before closing time in a very rude, dismissive manner. I will gladly take my hard earned money over to Phipps Plaza to my favorite nail salon from here on out.
I go here every time, and get the BEST service. Jo is so sweet, and she does my gels the best. She is super gentle, and my nails look great and last forever. The service and environment has always been excellent.
I’ve been going to this nail salon in Dallas for a couple years now. I’ve always had a great experience. I recently moved to Atlanta and have gone to the Atlanta location a couple times. It’s been okay but not near the quality of the Dalls store. However I had the most horrible experience today and do not plan to return. I do the standard dip manicures that require removal. I had 2 nail techs that worked in my nails. Instead of using the standard removal process, the nail tech literally used and acrylic nail tip to dig in between my nail and the dip powder to pop off the nails. She cracked the middle of one of my nails causing it to bleed. My nailbeds are in extreme pain and feel like they’ve been bruised. It was a less than stellar manicure, and I can’t even get it redone because it’s so painful. At that point another nail tech took over to work on my cuticles. He made 3 of them bleed and then used acetone to try and stop the bleeding which was extremely painful. He then wanted to set my dip powder using the gel topper. The reason dipping powder is billed as healthier is because it doesn’t require the UV light. I ended up stopping him there. The second guy did offer me 10% off for my troubles. The whole process was incredibly painful and I don’t plan on returning.
Always as great experience here but Kevin was AMAZING!!! Literally the best full set I’ve ever had done, he was meticulous ! See you in 2 weeks Kevin :
Had a friend visiting in town and stumbled across this gem of a salon! New owner Tony was a huge help and super friendly. Ask for Helena if you want the best pedicure! Brand new chairs with options you wouldn’t believe, relaxing and worth the price.
