And When I don't understand the answer and how to' fix my problem, they handle that too !! Near or far, in person or via text, email, or phone, its just easier to let the pros handle it stress free. We launched our website about a year ago and quickly realized we needed help. As a small company, we do not have the resources to hire a full-time IT person to maintain and optimize our web store, which is critical to our continued success.
