Venture Out Vegas

We first booked an Emerald Caves tour with Blair in May 2021. Blair kept in close contact as our trip approached, advising us of potential high winds on our scheduled day. When the winds turned out to be too strong for safe kayaking, Blair prioritized our safety and canceled the tour. We truly appreciated his professionalism and commitment to safety and promised to reschedule the tour during our next visit to Las Vegas. Fast-forward to June 2022. We booked the Emerald Cave excursion again, and this time, the day was perfect—an absolutely phenomenal experience. September 2024, we decided to go big and booked the Hoover Dam tour. What an unforgettable adventure! Blair picked us up at the MGM Grand and within 90 minutes, we were unloading kayaks beneath the engineering marvel that is Hoover Dam. The day was filled with incredible hikes to waterfalls, natural hot springs, dips in nature’s hot tub, and a fun lunch under a big rock. Blair’s knowledge of the dam's history, the Colorado River's topography, and many more fun random facts made the day fly by. I can't recommend Blair and Venture Out Vegas enough. He’s the perfect balance of professional and fun, always putting safety first. While the Hoover Dam tour can be challenging for some, Blair’s encouragement keeps you going, and by the end, you feel truly exhilarated. We will most definitely book again for another adventure.

Christine and Blair are the best! Made sure everyone was taken care of the whole day! Blair was the best guide ever! Loved having a small group, easier to interact with everyone! This was hands down the best excursion I’ve been on! Absolutely wonderful day! Highly recommend!

Blair and EJ were great hosts. Pickup from our hotel was on time , the drive down to the river was great. Blair gave us a little history of the area and explained everything planned for the day for our Kayak trip. EJ was a great tour guide for us 10 ladies and gave us a great tour of the river and the cave. The snacks and water were a great add on to the tour. As a travel agent I will definitely recommend this tour to all of my clients.

Booked the Emerald Caves Adventure with Venture Out Vegas. What a trip!! Not just the Emerald Cave is beautiful…the scenery going down the river is also breathtaking. Blair was an amazing guide from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and safety conscious. Will definitely be booking again!!

EJ is a fantastic guide! We’ve been coming to Las Vegas for 12 years and rarely leave the bustling crowds. This year, we “Ventured” off-strip and were not disappointed! It’s peaceful and humbling to be on the river and feel so small, surrounded by the massive landscape. We are already planning our next trip!

Best kayaking tour out there in Vegas! We had our own private tour out of luck! Also our tour guide got us a front row seat to see the desert big horned sheep. Absolutely amazing

EJ is such a DOPE tour guide!! Once we arrived, everything was set up and ready to go. He demonstrated how to kayak for the first timers in the group really well. Our kids 3yr old & 4yr old did great on our kayaks. We all enjoyed kayaking. It takes about 3-4hrs, depending on how long of a break you wanna take. Overall, highly recommend this fun outdoor activity while in Las Vegas!!

This was our second trip with Venture Out Vegas and Blair as our guide. It was another amazing day with lots of new facts, sights and stops. Really friendly, great knowledge and a fantastic guide. Thank you for making our day so enjoyable!

Where to even begin with Blair @Venture Out Vegas. First our group outing was last minute, and to my amazement we were able to secure a spot for the Emerald Cove Kayak Tour. Secondly we were surprised with a small private outing for our group...which just made it all that more special. I just couldn't see us going out with 30 plus odd people...and I guess today we didn't have to. Blair was an awesome tour guide/kayak master; he was informative, professional, knowledgeable...but most importantly fun. He kept our group safe as we journeyed to and back from cove. We're locals and can't say we've had an experience like that as of late. We even docked on a private little beach...to enjoy a little dip into river and lunch. We will be back and we're bringing all the friends! Thank you, Blair!!!

It was an excellent day for a kayak tour. Our fantastic guide Jimmy Vegas filled our quest for all things local, not only for our day on the water, but for afterwards as we were planning our last day in the area. It was a perfect day on and off the water! Thank you Jimmy Vegas and Blair for an amazing day!
