Vera Bradley

The lady working upfront is 100% a class act. She has taken matters above and beyond to help my family finding the scarves and merchandise they want. From being extremely picky, the staff at this Vera Bradley does a substantial job at customer service and ensuring we get the best price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a headache free shopping experience.

Such wonderful holiday and Christmas patterns. Vera Bradley has always been a favorite and if you go to the Fashion Mall in Indianapolis, one can see in person all the beautiful items.

Just make sure you know the difference between their store types. The one at the airport is not equivalent to the one at the mall though they'd have you believe you could return stuff there. Also, if it's a large purchase you want to return, they will have to send it away bc they're not authorized to return that much at least that's what happened to me. Had to take my stuff, mail it back in hopes I see a refund via email in 2-3 weeks. Just be aware of all these little nuances to their posted return policies and stay away from buying in the airport unless you know you plan on keeping the purchase. Too bad their policies are so weird, I used to like shopping the brand.

They have a variety of patterns & items. Sales clerk was very helpful. He answered all our questions, also helped us find an item, that we were looking for.

The hours say they close at 8 pm but they don’t they close at 7pm, maybe you should update the times so ppl don’t waste their time driving to the mall when you aren’t open

The employees were very happy and helpful, my lady really enjoy her experience. It is a small shop and from what I understood everything they had in store was also online.

Good selection but didn't have the pattern my wife was looking for online only.
