Vera Marie's Comfort Food

My husband and I had a date night dinner here a few nights ago, and we wasted no time wolfing down our delicious BBQ dinner. We cleaned our plates all within 10 minutes! The rib meat just fell off the bone, the sauce was full of flavor, the beans were incredible, and the potato salad was truly the most amazing potato salad we had ever had! Don't let that one negative review you see fool you, this place is a gem and most certainly not at all prison food. My husband and I will most definitely be eating again here... Probably this Saturday actually. Best date night in a long time! Yum yum!!!

We had delivery service and this is the worst food we've ever had. The hamburger didn't even look like a burger. It was multiple pieces shoved on a bun. It wasnt even a patty. The bun was shriveled. The mac n cheese was greasy and gross. The green beans were tasteless, mushy and greasy. It was inedible and we threw it away.

The moment I came in It felt like home from the music to the food. everything is home made reminds me of my grandma’s cooking. I remember I order the meat loaf meal it tasted very tasty and wonderful I can’t stop thinking about. I will be definitely be coming back.
