Verde Pointe Apartments

Friendly staff and nice building. But shared amenities could be better maintained. EDIT: I appreciate the building management responding to this review. I have shared my feedback on what can be improved on the shared amenities many times previously but unfortunately things have not changed in that time. I think the biggest issue with the building is that the gym is very small, poorly equipped and what equipment is available is very old and sometimes broken. I have reported this to building management before but there was no change. Again, the staff is very friendly and nice but there unfortunately is no follow through on issues.

Amazing light in all apartments, also nice finishes and off the beaten path so you don't feel like you're in the middle of a busy city.

Great view, low cost of utility, almost no noise between units, friendly staffs and reasonable deal.

Great building, high end finishes very friendly management and leasing team. Dog friendly, great location.
