Verizon Authorized Retailer - Cellular Sales

Great customer service. They work very quickly to solve issues and all of the staff are so friendly. Far better than my experiences with my last cell phone service carrier, T mobile.

Got to see a Karen today at this Verizon Store but she didn't phase anyone. Went outside for some fresh air :

Chase is the man. Helped me out with new phones and gave me good advice and even called back to check up on me after a year of buying the phone. Great staff and always friendly.

Hector is the best at customer service here. He listens and works out the best plans and products making the decision easier. He is also very professional at ironing out any wrinkles that may occur.

Everyone at this store is very welcoming, but Logan stood out with his excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales approach. He genuinely got to know my needs before offering a plan, phone, and accessories. I refer all my friends and family to him if they mention any issues with their phone!

I they are ok. I move the guy who helped us. But some of the other guys there aren’t that nice or great. I have been to better stores. I only come here cause it’s right by my house but won’t come again after getting my grandpa phone here.

Brandon Sena was amazing in getting the most complicated transfer over! He acted seamlessly and was personable and professional. I highly recommend this location and his services!

Eduardo was amazing. So kind and friendly. He helped me out with all my questions and he was so patient. Wonderful customer service!
