Do not go to this store! It's run by a third party and Verizon does not stand behind anything they do. Your 100% on your own regarding changes. The BOGO is a bait and switch situation, don't fall for this promotion.

Had a problem with my Bluetooth connection. Salesman came out to my car and fixed it promptly. All the sales personnel are excellent!

Customer care were not that much helpful. Did not offer too much.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch & had 2 return it because it couldn't hold a charge. When I returned it they took 200 dollars towards the bill & had 2 wait 3 weeks for my other 600. I've had a bad experience at this location more than once. Stay away!!!!

Thank you Jeremy for all your help-earlier this week. I came in with a water damaged phone and had to use my laptop to gather my account information. I appreciate the courtesy from the cup of water, WiFi, excellent customer service, to leaving with an iPhone 11 Pro Max at a good deal. This store staff is professional and efficient.
