Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

I've been to the store I don't know how many times this past week. All due to the pixel 2 issues that have surfaced and Jason, Brandie & Matt have all helped in their own way. Jason has become my go to guy with his team of Brandie and Matt right there with him. The pixel 2 has had all kinds of issues in less then 2 days so Jason was all over it getting me out of that returning the pixel 2 and getting me into another phone asap. He addressed my wife's concerns with her phone got her into a phone she likes so all is well and on its way to being great again. Thanks Jason, Brandie and Matt for being polite and fun to work with. Much appreciated! I recommend this store and if Jason, Brandie or Matt don't have the answer you are looking for right then and there they will make sure to get one for you and take care of you. Thanks again guys!

If you go there to this store do not ever work with brandie she is rude and did not care about me at all go when either Jason or Jade are working they will get your problem straightened right out they are awesome and will help you till the job is done brandie is not worth anyone's time she does not care about her employees as a manager nor does she care about her customers

This store has the most outstanding customer Service in the area. A special Thanks to Jason for the assistance with a complicated issue. Could not have been more helpful and all the employees were also a Plus to the business. First choice for Verizon in our area
