Really good experience. Not pushy gave me the info i needed to make a choice on the new iphone. Kyle guided me through the process of switching all my phone apps, contacts, etc over, and quickly which was helpful in-person.

The people who work here are the greatest. I have never really had a problem with Verizon except that they keep getting more expensive. I hope Corp knows how lucky they are to have such great employees
