Had to come in twice in less than 24 hours to resolve issues involving new phones purchased at another location. Each time the staff here were prompt and friendly. They knew how to resolve my issues without even looking up my account after several calls to corporate that got nothing fixed and led to me coming to a store in-person instead and they had my issues resolved in less than 20 minutes.
I had to convince the staff to assist me as they wanted to refer me to online. Guess they don't want customers in their store unless they are signing up. Once the lady helped me,she was kind and efficient.
Do NOT recommend this Verizon store at all. Terrible “help” and many mistakes and lack of product knowledge from employee. Go somewhere better than N Las Vegas. Trust me.
We went on a Saturday. They were... overwhelmed. Waited for about 10 minutes to be put on a list which meant it would be 1/2 an hour before I could talk to someone. Don't go on a weekend.
I received wonderful customer service from this location and from Sandy in particular. Without going into the boring details my beloved Samsung S8+ died. I use my phone for work so I needed something ASAP. Purchased the phone and setup a new account online. Picked up in the store. Had a small hiccup but Sandy was able to save the day and saved my proverbial bacon. Sandy is the epitome of customer service.
Worse store ever!! I did an online order and the order was sent to the 1735 Craig road location. The representative said the store would text me when my order is ready for pick up. Fully paid for order and received a text at 358pm the order was ready for pick up along with instructions to pick it up from Locker in store. Arrived at the store at 430pm. Closed Sign on the door with store hours of 10am-7pm Monday-Friday. Couldn’t get my items and then store was also closed on Saturday and Sunday! Very poor customer service and care! Why send a text to pick up items when your store is closed the next 3 days!!
We arrived 15 minutes before they closed and they let us in. We had been trying for 2 days to activate my iPhone 13Pro. Mike helped us out and he was amazing - he diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue before they closed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and so nice - after 2 days of trying everything we were so glad we had him to help us out.
The girl who helped me was very sweet. The store itself is very nice, and well kept. Worth making a stop too!
Do not go to this location in my opinion. I had the unfortunate opportunity to work with a guy named Mike grey hair . Who wanted to try to sell my daughter a phone for cash that he was going to steal, bring to the car We pay cash then take it to another Verizon to get activated. What kind of mess is this? My daughter so thirsty for a deal this isn’t a deal dear. This is theft and purchase of stolen goods on your part. He stood at our car smoking a nasty cigarette trying to convince me. I will never use this company. They could be doing anything with peoples credit cards and socials in my opinion if the employee would do this. And I’m so sick of trying to talk proper sense into my daughter, why would she even entertain it. I just thought she was getting better.
I walked in before a Hispanic Adult and he was taken before me after giving her my name and cell number to wait in line. Female old white lady with blonde/ grayish hair. I WONT BE BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN.
