Would recommend. I think its kind of silly that they have security guards but I guess that's all on the Democratic judges in Houston letting criminals roam the streets. I was picking up a SIM card right as they were closing but the nice man in the front took time to go back in and get my order for me just as they had closed. I appreciate this type of service!
not exactly a verizon customer, but i appreciate the dude who pointed me in the right direction to get my phone battery fixed.
I don't remember the guy's name that helped, but he was courteous. However, that's as good as it gets. We went in to return our Pixel, because they were subpar. Our information didn't transfer to the new phones properly. In addition, I'm currently on the line with Verizon for the 3rd time today to try and get into the My Verizon app with NO resolution. As with the nice young man from the store; this rep is courteous. BUT that doesn't matter if my issues go unresolved. So I'm disappointed.
I thought this location was great. I made an appointment to trade in my iPhone 10 for a 13. Came in ten minutes early and ended up not needing the appointment, but I would still recommend making one in the future in case they are busy. Anyway the service was very quick and I got my trade-in and new phone squared away in about 25 minutes. Set up was very easy. Highly recommend.
This is my first Verizon visit in this location and Mario and Cam are very helpful. They helped me even way passed the store hours. Best customer service I have received.
I came in today to pay my bill. The associates directed me to the kiosk for payment. Completing my payment on the kiosk for fast and simple. When I had questions regarding my bill, the associates were helpful. The associate even showed me how to check my payment history via the app. I’m really appreciative of his assistance because I was able to check an error I made.
This store has everything a typical Verizon store has - phones, cases, kiosks.. What this particular store has that others do not, is Marcus. This employee immediately understood my concerns regarding my family plan and trade in, as if it were his own issue. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot wait until Marcus starts his own wireless provider, so I can join his network. Until then, Verizon, please pay this man!
Absolutely terrible service. Came in to inquire how much a trade in would be, per the current promotion, and was given an “I can’t determine that unless I access the account” answer. The female sales rep could not give me any other explanation or variation in response. Not sure how you’re selling the Iphone 13 promo to customers while providing zero context of the parameters of the sale. Came in several months ago to do a trade with and had zero issues.
Came here for an upgrade. The person that helped me had a rude attitude from the moment we walked in. Halfway thru and to the point of getting the new one. iPhone 12 Pro Max Once he walked back to get the new device I decided to walk away with my wife. I’m not here to beg for them to take my business. I can go to any other Verizon. That’s why there are plenty of other stores. I would say if you are reading this. Save your time and go somewhere where they treat you like you deserve. You are paying just like everyone else.
First time at this location, and as mentioned in other recent reviews, they are operating out of a large red trailer while their store undergoes repairs. Extremely impressed with the representative Polo. He was very helpful and concise in explaining what exactly I would have to do to upgrade my phone this coming month. Towards the end of our conversation, he noticed I had a single voice line and introduced me to the new single line plans, which allowed me more data for cheaper monthly vost I was totally unaware of these new options. Within a quick few minutes, he changed my plan over and, again, clearly explained what to expect with upcoming alerts and bill charges from the plan change. Update Dec 9, 2017: The store has clearly opened up. I have had nothing but great customer service when upgrading to a new phone. Today, my friend joined me on my Verizon plan and we upgraded to unlimited - Kevin was extremely helpful and, again, very concise with our billing details for each person. My friend’s move from T-mobile was quick and painless! Our visit was less than half an hour. We even went back inside to downgrade our mobile protection plan and a different rep got us squared away in less than 5 minutes. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable!
