Horrible horrible customer service they open almost 20 min later and the girl there was super rude looks like she hates her job and the gentleman there was also rude seemed like he didn't care what I had to say. Definitely need to hire new employees or close this store
Verizon Montclair Place. Five stars to their unbelievable way to LIE to customers just to get the commission $$ on new services. Few days after I signed the agreement for a couple of new lines I was not able to use one of them. The associate who opened my account did a trick on the line and I because of this I wasn't able to use it until 45 days after. I reached to them but one more time they lied to me and still I wasn't able to use the line, even though I was paying for the service. Since they were not honest with me I better decided to get help from corporate. They were able to fix the mess. They cancelled the whole line and opened a brand new one in order for me to use the line freely also, they explained to me what they did with my account, totally UNETHICAL! I would name the employee who did it along with the manager I spoke to but I have principles and I understand they have family to support, but instead I will give them the chance to rethink a bettert and honest way to do business with new customers. Disclaimer about the issue: Verizon is a good company no issues with the service they provided once they fixed employee's mess.
Very disappointed! No customer service if the rep doesn't make money I walked in yesterday to upgrade my phone in September 6th. 1st Attempt: I requested, what is the out the door price for the samsung S22+ and Samsung S22 Ultra. He advised I would be responsible for the upgrade fee and the taxes of the phone today, when financing the phone. When he provided the taxes on each phone seemed really high. When I asked to see why, it was because he added multiple accessories without my consent or knowledge. I told him, that's not what I asked for. 2nd Attempt: Before he would give me the outdoor price for each phone, he attempted to sell me a samsung watch and the data plan for the watch. I told him I don't wear watches and told him that's not what I asked for. I want to know the out the door price of each phone. 3rd Attempt: he finally gave me the phone price and we walked over to the accessories. He then mentioned that there was buy 1, get 1 free phone on the samsung S22+ this past weekend. I told him let's do it...then he let me know that I would need to open new lines. Meaning, that I would open new lines to get the phones then, swap the new phones with the old numbers. I said no because that's not why I came in for. I told him, that's not what I want.. I want to upgrade. 4th Attempt: We reviewed the accessories and I let him know that I didn't like the cases for the phone so I'll pass on the accessories. At that very moment, he advised that he doesn't have the phones in stock. I asked can we order the phone and I'll pay for it in store...he advised to call the Verizon sales line because they can get it to me faster. I was really mad but kept it cool. He only attempted to help, if there was a benefit to him! From the moment he started helping me, he could of let me know the phones were not in stock. I called the Verizon sales line outside the same Verizon store and ordered my phone that was in stock in a nearby store. I'm really disappointed in the customer service at Verizon Montclair Plaza.
To the closing manager from July 14th I just want to say thank you for taking the time to help me with my phone even tho you had already closed. I appreciates it so much! You are amazing!
Very bad service. Specially, Javier and the manager Anthony very unprofessional tell the customers they don’t have the items when they do have them.
I had the best service tech there is the company is really good they try to help you out the best they know how
The waiting is painful…about an hour. Then it’s little service if any as it’s all a rush job…unless you are an attractive female!! I switched phones and was assured that my new one was activated. Then in the middle of freeway I realized it was not at all. I was just given a box of the new phone and told a lie! A bunch of laziest work in this store.
If you have an impossible problem with your phone Felipe is the man. Thanks Felipe for your outstanding customer service.
The 3 or 4 guys working that day were more interested in talking amongst each other were more interested in their stories more than helping the customers.
