Really good customer service, IMMACULATELY clean store!! I'm a prepaid Verizon wireless customer and the staff here helped me in getting a SIM card for a new Galaxy and activating my service. All covid-19 protocols are being adhered to at this store.
Marco and the team were amazing- they went above and beyond. Can't thank them enough! They did an excellent job!
The Gm, Marco, at 26 W. 23rd Street was exceedingly helpful to me just now....he went out of his way to help me sort out some very confusing paperwork, called head office, assisted me all the way through. This is why I love Verizon and will always be their customer.

Worst Verizon store ever. We bought this wireless wifi for $280 and we pay $20 monthly AND THIS DOES NOT WORK. I’m already thinking about switching to another phone company. They say because we agreed to 2 years contract we can change it. I really don’t what to do. But, don’t go.
