Nice store and a convenient location if work or live in the area
Had to make appt to get customer service on my Samsung Galaxy S10. The store mgr-Vijay Singh assisted but gsve me false information and made me purchase insurance on my phone and the insurance plan he had me sign up for does not cover the service I need for this phone.
This store is dope af! Ginger and Melissa turned a simple visit into an experience. Suuuuuper chill and knowledgeable. I have never experienced customer service like this at a cell phone store. Best staff ever!
This mall is great! Can spend a whole day there shopping and relaxing, due to the pandemic no crowds.
To keep it simple, this is a nice store and the staff working here are pleasant.
