I like the Osteopath that I see at VT Integrative Therapy. You MUST unfortunately, be prepared to be your own advocate and the "squeaky wheel" so to speak, with this practice in general. The nurse for my Osteopath is responsive when needed, and once again you just have to be prepared to be persistent. I would love to give them five (5) stars, yet as other reviewers have mentioned the front desk staff tends to be a bit snotty and I have noticed inter-office tension while I have been in the waiting area. Overall, I still feel this practice is worth giving a shot especially if their general philosophy matches yours.

Vermont Center for Integrative Therapy has potential. It is unfortunate that they are unable to fulfill it. Not only did I find my therapist Pam Coggins unprofessional, unsupportive, and manipulative. I also found the director Bree Greenberg-Benjamin uncaring, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I truly hope they do not treat their other patients the way I was treated.

I went to the Center for Integrative Therapy over two weeks ago to start therapy and medication. After spending an hour with a Doctor who would not even be my weekly therapist I was told that they would get in touch with me. I have no shame in saying I have sought out therapy for depression and had hoped to become a patient at this facility. After over two weeks of not hearing from anyone I decided to call and continue my search elsewhere. The person on the phone made it clear that there is a very long wait list. I asked "what if I had been suicidal and came to you to help me battle this?" The person on the phone replied with a hotline I could call. Clearly patient well-being is not something they are incredibly concerned with at this facility. At the very LEAST, they should have called me and told me I was wait listed so that I could have spent the past two weeks trying to locate another suitable therapist. The level of disappointment grew when I was almost rushed off the phone. It seems that although this facility has a very warm and caring exterior, the doctors and operators care very little about the minds of their patients and potential patients and more about the money they are collecting. I typically do not write reviews good or bad, however when it comes to mental health practices and anything related to the medical field, facilities that take their patients needs lightly make me sick. I truly hope that this review comes as a warning to those considering this facility. I truly wish I was more than dollar signs to them.
