Noah Book has been great to work with. He has been able to answer all my questions. I have Sciatica lower back pain that pinches my nerve. On the first day my pain went away. He is Very friendly.
Some years back, Vermont Physical Therapy treated me for vertigo; it took just two 20 minute sessions to be rid of it. I remember how I felt the therapist rather merging with my body--or so it felt.
The whole staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful. In particular, I am so grateful to Chad for his extreme knowledge, patience, professionalism, and compassion. If you are in pain, and/or need to learn how to bring your body back to its natural state of alignment and ease, Chad is the person to guide you through the steps. He is a miracle worker! I highly recommend Vermont Physical Therapy!
Noah is a fantastic physical therapist! I went in with a shoulder issue that has been bothering me for almost a decade. He quickly diagnosed the issue which my previous PT had not and was able to improve my mobility dramatically in one session. After another couple sessions and plenty of innovative exercises to do at home, I am doing remarkably better.
Emily is an amazing Physical Therapist. She has helped me to identify longstanding movement patterns in my life that contribute to injury and pain. We are changing the pattern and working on increased mobility and strength, which allows me to do the activities I love without risking the repeated injuries and pain that I was experiencing.
I have only good things to report about receiving PT at VTPT. These folks are committed to helping patients heal and get strong again. Zach is my PT and he is truly attentive and present during all sessions. He listens and makes me feel heard. He has patience and he is highly capable.
I have only been to a couple appointments and I have to say I am enjoying my experience, Emily is great to work with she helps you identify and understand where your pain is coming from and how to manage it. Great experience thus far.
Vermont Physical Therapy has been very helpful. On my first visit they immediately pinpointed areas that were causing my issues. I've noticed many differences in how I feel after a couple weeks from my first appointment. They're very accommodating with my schedule and provide a very helpful and relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend them!
I see Chad Rainey at VT Physical Therapy and he uses an innovative approach in his treatment called Postural Restoration. My experience is that while attending to the injured area, attention is also given to surrounding areas that may be affected. In addition, I have found that the help I’ve received on relearning to breathe correctly not only supports healing from an injury but also general health and well being. Their office staff is wonderfully warm and efficient - it is always a pleasure to go there knowing I’ll be well cared for.
The staff at Vermont Physical Therapy are great! I've had a couple of injuries and they've gotten me back to long distance running quickly. I worked with Birgit and she took the time to really understood the goals I was working toward with running and helped me develop a better understanding of my form and muscle imbalances that were leading to repetitive injuries. Thanks to the entire team at VT PT - you all are wonderful!
