Didn't even return my phone call for my quote after I called twice the lady was rude very unprofessional. She always say Ill have one my agents call you. I figure you don't like your job you shouldn't work with the public because my money is just as green as anyone else!!!

Toni & Robert at the Portland office; Toni Neels and Robert Johnson assisted me with an emergency home insurance policy. They were both clear, concise and understanding of my situation. Both followed up with emails and actions on the tasks at hand and did so quickly. I recommend this team with a dual thumbs up!!!!
