I was referred to Dave by a mutual acquaintance who told me that Dave would treat me right. I originally spoke with him while I was looking for an inexpensive boat. He told me what to watch out for and what to look for. He has spent hours with me and I haven't spent a dollar with him yet. I have found my boat's service center ... VERSATECH. I won't go elsewhere.

Not only is David extremely skilled but he is also extremely fair and honest, which is very rare today.

I'm 62 years old and have been boating pretty much all my life. I moved from California 7 years ago to Taylorsville NC. Nothing against NC marine mechanics but the marine service technicians are a lot different than what I'm use to until I came across David from Versatech Marine. Besides being a great person he diagnosed the problem with my 496 Mercury . He does house calls and brought out his computer and diagnosed the problem that I was having. David came out the following day and made the Essential repairs. We did two test runs in the rain and it was night time and she ran perfectly. I normally don't write reviews but David deserves an A+ for his work. Thank you David and I'm a customer for life, you earned it. If you need a great marine mechanic and a very nice person besides , DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM. Thanks again David and hope to only see you for regular maintenance,LOL.
