One of my favorite spots in Denver. The food is always fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is delightful. I highly recommend sitting outside in the back when the weather is nice or grabbing a window table when the weather is gray. I have never been disappointed with the menu.
Healthy, indulgent sandwiches and salads. Very pricey, but high-quality sandwiches. The salads were a bit disappointing for the price, both in terms of flavor and quality. Felt like the salad was pre-made and stored cold, rather than assembled fresh to order.
The back patio with umbrellas, personally, is the cutest patio area I've been in. I enjoyed the tomato soup again and Lemony had it for the first time. She was surprised by how delicious mine was and ordered her own. Our server, David, was new, professional and kind. We sat near the flower bush where the bees were pollinating and it was beautiful and mesmerizing watching them do their thing. Worth it for the atmosphere and the food. Also a great start to a gorgeous day. Check out the photos of our meal!
Delicious Food, Love The Patio & Everyone’s Always Having Fun. Update: Denver’s Best! Update: Still Amazing
Food is tasty and very beautiful patio. Unfortunately we had horrible service - waitress never came back after dropping off food so we couldn’t get refills on coffee, water, or pay the bill. Had to find another waitress eventually. The menu also has notes about allergens which is great! but it is inaccurate. N is meant to signify if nuts are in the dish. There is no N next to “peanut butter and jelly” nor their granola… which has almonds. Disappointing.
Very delicious and high quality food!! The taro latte was INCREDIBLE! The Mac n cheese was not really my favorite; it had an odd flavor and I wasn’t a fan of the cashews. The environment is lovely and service is great.
Vert is absolutely delicious! I’ve been twice for brunch and love how fresh everything tastes and how insane the portions are. I eat about half my meal and take the rest home and am stoked to eat the leftovers later. Plus, back patio is a great place to hang on a nice day.
This place is great! I come here often and the food is always so good! The interior is a cute and there's more room in the back patio! The one thing I could hope for is that they add more vegan options. They have two main dishes that are vegan: the cauliflower almond croquettes, and the mushroom bisque. Both are good options, but the sandwich is more filling.
Update 6/3 - food quality went down a little bit. Not really worth $19 anymore... I got the pork belly sandwhich and it was about half the size as it used to be and was more like shredded BBQ pork rather than the old slab of pork belly it used to be. The Broccoli and bacon side also was about half pasta and had me wondering if they were running low on broccoli. Vert has spoke awesome sandwiches! I got the House Roast Turkey sandwich with Sunflower Bacon Broccoli side! This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. I also got a bite of my friends Roasted Pork Belly sandwich and it was super amazing better than the turkey I think haha! Thanks Vert. Keep making good eats!
Vert Kitchen is your little piece of France right in Denver! All the menu items are healthy and the sides are absolutely delicious! There’s a coffee shop right next door the leads out to the patio as well! It’s the perfect way to enjoy a meal with friends. Parking is pretty easy to find as well. Get there before the lunch rush to grab a table outside!
