From the time I said "lets do it" exactly 1 week later the roof was done.... great turnaround time !!! excellent customer service as well, they actually answer the phone. The best! Tommy and his team have been amazing. We had a very rough go of things with a previous roofing contractor and wasted a bunch of money getting repairs that turned out to not be repaired and were very nervous to move forward with getting our roof completely redone. We talked to several companies but when we met with Tommy we knew we had the right people! They gave us a fair and honest price upfront without any crazy sales pitches like previous, outrageously priced companies. They showed up when they said they would and Tommy has been fantastic at always answering any questions along the way. We even had a bit of a hiccup on the way no one's fault, just bad luck and Tommy immediately had it taken care of with upmost professionalism. I would recommend Vertex to anyone!
