Purchased their 5-Stage undersink Reverse Osmosis system. When it was time to change out filters, the replacement filters were back ordered 3 months. While the Iso Twist is a convient feature, it is proprietary so I could not replace with a suitible substitute. My recommendation is to avoid manufactures with proprietary filters. As our under sink RO comes up for filter replacement I am changing out to manufacturers with commonly availabile parts. It will be more cost effective.
We have a Model PWC 3500 with Hot, Room and cold water dispensers. We had it in service roughly 1 year and 6 months when the compressor for the cold water went out. The Culligan guy replaced the the unit with a new one at full cost to us. When he placed it in service the cold water dispenser valve leaked. He had to use the valve off the old unit to fix the leak. This is our only source for drinking water other than purchased bottle water. I was very disappointed that that Vertex didn't step up and replace this unit free of charge.
