Vertical Media Solutions

So I don't typically write these things, but I have to this time. I've been trying for months to land an interview at a larger, more reputable hospital and no one would call me back. I decided to take a risk with Vertical Media Solutions' career coaching and resume building. Everyone I worked with was so helpful and patient with all of my questions! The service was prompt and tailored to my profession. I couldn't be happier! Oh...and I got the promotion!

Very slow response in everything! I was promised that a Ph.D. would review my resume and cover letter, yet there were typos and missed words. When I called to speak with the owner about my displeasure at the empty promises, I was diverted to the person writing my resume and cover letters. I paid for a resume, 2 cover letters, executive bio and reorganization of my LinkedIn account. I am very disappointed in the service and the product. Last night, my husband saw my original resume and new ($800) resume and stated that he would have guessed my resume was the professional product. I have received less traffic with this "new" resume and will be moving everything back to my original product. Waste of money!

Very professional, quick, efficient and reasonable. They did a fantastic job on my resume, cover letter and my Linked-In profile. Because of Vertical Media I have landed a much better position at a more reputable company.
