Vickers Western Store & Pawn

My girlfriend paid $200 for a new pair of boots for Valentine's day. And I wore them only a couple of times and hardly outside, but to find out the steel toe was rubbing my toes. We took the boot back in to see if we could trade them or get a refund. But they wouldn't let us because "we wore them outside". The only way they could say that is by seeing a spec of dirt on the soles. They tried to give us an old pair of boots that looked like they were worn for a year or replace them. But nobody buys something brand new to get in return something used and dirty. I highly recommend going somewhere more reasonable!!

Rude. Unprofessional !!! Since I wasn’t greeted and asked if you could help me with anything as you did the people who walked in before & after me I chose to shop elsewhere!! I took my business and money to Cal Ranch & found a nice pair of Womens Ariat boots there. They were very friendly and happy to help me find the perfect pair of boots. I would suggest you greet and welcome everyone the same regardless of age, gender, style, and RACE !!! I would also suggest you take care of the barking & whining dog in the back. Sincerely !!

Vickers is always a great place to go. Best boots in town. Preston down in the pawn shop is the best in town. Kind, respectful and considerate. He is a 5 star player!

I drove about 45 min last week to purchase a cowboy hat from here.. They had exactly what I wanted !! But the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Walked in the door and 2 employees where there as I walked in and not even a hello !! Like it was so tough to be polite so anyways I still made my way back to the hats and found the hat I wanted and stood back there for 15 min and still no acknowledgement that i needed help or even come see if i needed assistance !!! I was the only one in the store so it wasn't like they where busy with other customers .... So needless to say I put that $200 cowboy hat back on the wall and walked out !!! Oh and you guessed didn't even say have a good day or bye or nothing !!! Will not make future purchases from here!!!

My husband and I walked in 20 minutes before closing. We were ready to pay upwards 200$ for boots for him, but they made it apparent that we were a bother. The boots he got are great and he loves them, but not a fan of the service. Won't be back
