I had a negative billing experience here. I was referred for a pre-surgery ultrasound that this office was unable to successfully perform. I was billed for two ultrasounds. When I called to ask, the person from billing said that one charge was for performing the ultrasound and the other was for reading it. I called back with my insurance and a different representative said that they had charged me for two different ultrasounds, but had erroneously not charged me for the failed ultrasound and would be sending me an additional bill. My referring doctor then contacted the office, which told her they would not be charging for a third ultrasound. I called back and was treated dismissively by both Dr. Minior and her staff, and never received clarity as to which two procedures they had billed for.
