The associates are helpful. I couldn't find a certain item. One of the associates looked it up online and ordered it for me. I paid on store to have it delivered to my house. Free delivery.

Is there any other place to buy delicates? However, This is the first time I've tried a sports bra from them and it's incredibly comfortable and shapes well so you can avoid the dreaded "uni-boob". A little pricey for a sports bra so I hope it is worth its price.. for example.. Lasting the rest of my life
Staff is friendly and helpful. I don't like the new redesign they did of the entire store - just feels too dark and kind of chaotic. Definitely liked the old layout & color schemes better. But otherwise, it's a clean store. I do prefer Aerie now though for all my underwear and bras! Just more comfortable and better priced!
Horrible!! they lie on your face! , they ordered lingerie that never come to my house, they are irrational and irresponsible, very awful... I don’t want to come back there never again and I don’t recommend that store if you want to be treated good...
I love their stuff but some of the girls in here have an attitude.
The girls sets very helpful from the moment I entered and never made me feel judged on the slightest... thanks a lot VS!
