Victoria's Secret Stores

I will say it's been 6-7 years since I have steppes foot in here. The last time I came in here I was going to buy a gift for someone. When I asked about the bras I was told oh we don't have your size. I went off bad. This time e was very welcoming. Again. I was getting a gift for someone and myself some panties,since they were on sale. The workers were all different sizes,they made sure I found everything I needed. I told them I was very pleased and explained why. They apologized to me for the horrible service years prior. I will be a return customer.

Had the most confusing and unpleasant time that I ended up leaving with nothing. I still don’t understand how I was asked over 10 times for things by customers because they thought I worked there and yet wasn’t asked once by an associate for help, which I desperately needed. I was so annoyed with being approached by people that I couldn’t enjoy my shopping experience i really had to leave.

The women are very helpful. The vibe there is awesome. Usually at some other Victoria's Secrets some of the women are very snobby and they don't really want to help that much but at this Victoria's Secret it's a pleasure to go into.

VERY helpful store clerk. Able to find exactly what I was looking for. Had store coupons which got in mail because Victoria card holder for $ discount & free items which was great!

My girlfriend loves this place. I don't mind taking her. I love there collection for men also. The Hand sanitizers smell amazing!

7 for $39 sale - can't go wrong when shopping for sister's birthday presents goodness gracious. Sales ladies were nice to this big guy who felt completely out of place should've queued out front with the husbands. Was able to make jokes that nothing was my size, damn it! Service was quick once she found what she wanted, and line for the cashier went quick too!

Despite how packed it was in there this time of the year. Still was able to get in about super quick. Staff is always amazing on top of it

Lady’s are always nice. Always wanting to actually help and have a nice conversation with you to see what you like or what kind of stuff you are looking for even if they might not have it in store.

Overpriced. The girls at Meadows Mall were very helpful and nice. The V.S. at Galleria we're not helpful!

The quality is always great. Been going her for years but I wish they had their pretty seasonal pieces in my size without the push up pad or at least make em removable. But the staff is always great and always helpful.
