The tech was very plesent and easy going and everyone working there seamed to be working together and enjoying working with the other customers who were present. Everyone left with a smile on their face including the elderly lady who was looking for the "T-MOBILE" store. They were very kind to her and respectful. She laughed and they both wished each a wonderful day

Kayla was simply amazing!!! She was very cordial, patience, accommodating, and knowledgeable! She gave me options and described the features or advantages of each option. Compared to Kayla’s skill and knowledge, my level of understanding is on a pre-K level. Yet, Kayla showed no signs of intolerance. On the contrary, she was reassuring and answered every question with delight! I felt very blessed to have someone of her personality and character helping me with my purchases. Today was my very first time in your store and I most definitely will return. I am hopeful that when I do return, Kayla will be present and available to assist me. Have a Merry Christmas!

Garrett made my experience easy and uncomplicated..he greeted each person who came through the door to let them know someone would be able to help them as soon as possible. He handled other customers while waiting for my stuff to download so they would not have to wait so long. Great place to purchase items ask for Garrett

Daniel Walker was fantastic over the phone assisting me with replacement of equipment. When I arrived at the store he was even more amazing. Knew exactly why I was there and took complete care of my pick up. Verizon is lucky to have such a positive person on their team.

Cameron was the associate that helped us at the New Castle, De location. He was very knowledgeable in the deals and services you offer and was excellent in explaining the differences between the different iPhone 14 phones. I went to switch carriers and also wanted to get iPads for Christmas presents. I worked with Ben Reph and he was AMAZING! Very professional and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process which was quick and easy. Ben handled everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ben if you go to Verizon!

My brother and I had a great experience here! Wesley had fantastic customer service, and was very informative. Everyone was very friendly overall. Garrett had some awesome advice pertaining to our contract and Runescape lol! I will say, touching up on business accounts wouldn't hurt, as verizon corporate was able to give us additional information, that was initially discussed. Still overall very satisfied with our visit and with this locations service!
