Custom Haircut- Botanical Moisturizer - blow out My experience in VIDA Salon was very satisfactory.I loved the vibes and everyone is friendly. My hair was dry, damaged and without shape. I can say that I had been trying for years to get a haircut with a shape that would make it manageable and control the volume and I succeeded. Blair is definitely wonderful, she is extremely professional and takes the time to ask what you want. She is an Artist who will really know how to read what you want and if you don't know, she will make an extraordinary design on your hair. I'm excited to get back with Blair and do my highlights. My hair came back to life, this haircut made my previous balayage from 8 months ago look like I did something new.

Wish I could rate 0/5. Ada absolutely botched my haircut. She didn't listen to anything I asked for. She clearly had her own idea of how my hair should look and ignored every single thing I asked for throughout the appointment. I've never had such a bad outcome in my life at a hair salon. At the end when I said this is not what I wanted she argued with me AGAIN saying it's not what I wanted but to her it looks good. It shouldn't be about what the hair stylist wants it should be about what your client wants! Unbelievable rude combative attitude. Overpaid for horrible treatment and truly the worst haircut I have EVER HAD. So sad and shocked by this experience and how I was treated. Fine salon, horrible stylist. I have to say, ever since I started getting my hair lightened and toned by Ada at Vida Salon, I have been a very happy man! She's very helpful and masterful with her bleach application - I'm never uncomfortable and always feel like I'm well taken care of, and in a relaxed environment. I never really know what I want to do with my hair, and while I usually just go a light blonde - I always appreciate Ada's rockstar approach to finding the right color or tone I'm looking for. Botox didn’t last under my eyes at all , wow what a waste of hundreds of dollars. Also had a bruise for 2 weeks. Tried contacting the salon and no one returned my message. Parking is awful. Pretty irritated.
