Have been wanting to transition from super long hair to super short hair for a while but was nervous about how it would turn out. Jenna’s confidence put me at ease and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Really, really expensive for what you get. I was quoted a different price online than when I was in the chair about 50 dollars more but than when I went to check out they added an additional 100 dollars to the quote my stylist gave me. My stylist was nice, but my hair wasn’t done well enough to justify $450 for highlights and a cut. At the parlour just up the street I normally pay about 200. This salon also didn’t have any nice added touches like scalp massage, etc.

I would not recommend. I have had my appointments canceled 2 times in a row. My appointment was CANCELED 1 MINUTE BEFORE IT STARTED. Completely unprofessional. The lady on the phone claimed it was not the regular hours for the stylist but I scheduled the appointment 9 weeks out at the same day of week/time as before There was plenty of time for her to contact me and change it. I had 2 different stylist here. The 1st one had me leaving with a massive headache and I do not have a sensitive head. The 2nd stylist talked nonstop when I was clearly trying to read a book. They have lost my business.Services: Haircut

I used to have my blonde highlights done by Laura, and this was my first time going back since she left. I had Sara, who they told me was a “preferred” stylist aka expensive. Not only did my appointment take an hour longer than scheduled, my hair turned out yellow even after the toner. I had stated that I wanted cool tones, not warm tones, and that i hate when it looks yellow. Disappointing, will need to get it redone elsewhere.

I’ve been going to the highlands locations for over 5 years. It’s absolutely amazing, always flawless. Heather is absolutely the best. I have long, difficult hair that varies from too dry to too oily, used to be very curly to whatever it decides to be these days. Heather takes the time to know my needs and desires, and goes above and beyond to make me love the hair. Prior to seeing Heather, I never “loved” my hair leaving an appointment. She is easily the most trustworthy stylist I have ever seen. When I come in to see Heather, she asks me what I want. I give her a general idea, and never once have I been disappointed. I’ve even walked in for cut, and she recommended a color, and it was better than anything I could ever imagine. She pushes me to go beyond the normal of what I think I want, to what I actually need. She also provides my tools, techniques, and products for me to have great hair beyond our appointments. I always leave beyond satisfied. Vida salon is a true spa like, neighborhood, personal feel. The salon truly cares about their clients. But Heather truly exemplifies not only Vida Salon but the Aveda philosophies, I could not recommend her enough.
