Ensure that students obtain the required knowledge and skills to perform effectively as certified caregivers and managers to elderly and disabled
Promote understanding of the aging process and its impact on elder care
Increase the quality of training and competence of caregivers in monitoring changes in elderly care situations and how to respond appropriately
Inculcate the spirit of respect, confidence, kindness and professionalism to caregivers.
