Viet Shipping

I have been using this place on Bellaire for a long time since thet just started their busines. I ship a lot of packages to Saigon, Vietnam for my family but lately the owner started to have a share owner, the lady is so mean. She always has attitude to all the customers. Even the people have been working there for a long time told me that she is a horrible person. Today I came to ship 4 boxes which about 130lbs which I normally ship this much to my family, the young guy in the front desk was not polite and really disappointed me with the way they both treated me. Their price is higher compared to the Saigon Cargo that my friends normally use. I will never come back. I will spread the words to all my family and family so they wont use the service here anymore.

The lady in the front is impolite. We use the service and pay for it. We do not beg for free. It is a terrible experience. We used this service two times. The first time, we sent candy bags and body washes to our parents in Vietnam. All the candy bags were broken and the body washes were spilled out everywhere in the box. The second time, we sent ensure milk to our parents in Vietnam. We sent 15 boxes of ensure. Just only 9 out of 15 were received. 6 boxes of ensure were missing. Terribly, 3 out of 9 were broken and all the powder was spilled. I called and asked to talk with the owner. But, only the lady picked up the phone and told me the owner was busy or in the meeting. This place provided terrible service. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give them 0 star instead of 1 if I can.

Very poor customer service. I walked in and no one was there to greet me. I thought maybe just in lunch break since it was around 1pm. I heard someone in the back so i said hello. I asked where to drop off my package since there was boxes everywhere and no sign that says drop off. The front desk lady talked over to the phone for more than 10 minutes just to tell me its off the right corner. Then after obviously dropping it off i was waiting for her to scan it to give me a tracking confirmation. She told me they don't do that. It was my first time coming here too and it was a very terrible experience. If you are dropping off your fed ex packages. Don't do it here. If you don't want your package to get lost. Thats exactly what happened to my box and now i have to wait for fed ex to do an investigation. If she would've just did her job it woulf have been easier for both company and its customers! If i could give 0 star. I would! Be warned!

Very bad service. Not reliable. I haven't received items that I mailed more than 6 months. I called many times, but they have no idea when items will be delivered. I need to file a claim and sue this company. I called many

I have used your their shipping service for long time. The owner is funny and enthusiastic, however recently he hires new lady which is in charge in front. I use service and I pay money, I don’t ask for free but her attitude is very rude like I beg her something. I would recommend the owner change new person otherwise customers will stop using this place

The lady in front of the desk was impolite when I make a payment by debit card with the total $94. I didn't know what was the problem with their machine, and she said to me next time have to bring cash with bad attitude. If so, why don't they put the inform "Cash Only". I used their service many time. The boss was so nice, but only the lady's communicate so bad.

I use the service in Vietshipping many times and felt good service, the boss was funny but recently when I was in the shipment, the black-eyed man had an attitude of not needing guests, like wanting to expel others from the shop. I am very angry. I think it's necessary to dismiss this employee, the attitude is not acceptable. My friends feel the same way

I have been sending a lot of stuffs such as shoes , milk, perfume, snack, candies.. to my families in Vietnam. They are so nice to me all the time.

This store and Viet mobile are the same owner and doing same thing, have same service
