Vieux Carré, (pronounced View - Kah’ray) earning its name from the French translation of "Old Quarter," is St Paul’s new speakeasy that will feature craft cocktails and chef-made menu selections. Located in the heart of downtown St. Paul, just steps away from the Park Square Theater in the lower level of the Historic Hamm Building, Vieux Carré carries on the legacy of the old Artists' Quarter.
