I'm afraid of needles and dread getting blood drawn and the phlebotomists are usually very friendly and help me through the process.
The waiting room is small and fills up fast, especially on Saturdays. Sometimes it takes forever for your name to get called just to check in! I've had several different receptionists - some are very nice while others are argumentative and nasty.
