Very nice, I have been here over a year and have no problems with bugs or anything else, maintenance is good, nice air conditioned laundry room, There are alot of kids but they behave for the most part.
The pool fence is dangerous, fix it. The parents seem to be always watching kids at play, only half a dozen parking slots. Gated community, diverse and friendly, only one vending machine! I woke up too itchy once, and it was not the bed I gave to my friend.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! RUN AWAY FAST!!Apartments are filled with roaches. They do not follow the legal tenant laws at all. Filing a civil suit against them. Also had to call immigration because of their employee being illegal. Nothing but roaches everywhere.
The apartments complex was nice onsite laundry mate and swimming pool
They shut the water off without notice and none of our windows open still and we've been here a year. There are some other things as well.
Looks fine but too many strangers.
Looks dirty. And somebody tried to sell me drugs and I don't do that.
