I usually see Jim or Kevin and they are always up front and honest about diagnosing the vehicle as well as how much it will cost. When I went there, I talked to Kevin and he was a very nice person, he made me feel comfortable being there and I have never felt that way with any mechanic in the past two years of maintaining my car on my own… then I feel bad for not getting his name the other guy comes out and he’s just as nice and welcoming….
