Dr. Taucher went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. She really took the time to get to know me and understand my past medical history. She formulated a treatment plan that fits my lifestyle, and she made sure to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She also gave me many skincare tips that I found beneficial. Looking forward to seeing her again!

I have been to several dermatologists but after my visit today at Village I will never go anywhere else. Between the women at the front desk checking me in and the medical staff, I felt like I was the only patient there because of how caring and welcoming they were. I already feel better about my skin, just after being in there! If you are thinking about making an appointment at Village Dermatology, do it!!!

Village dermatology is one of the few doctor offices that you don’t sit and wait for hours. If your appointment time is at 9:05, you are back in a room with a doctor/nurse at 9:05. That are nice and helpful and they are great with kids as well.

I was referred to Dr. Rachel Pflederer to treat several squamous cell carcinomas on my lower legs. She introduced me to Re-Vita, following my Mohs procedures, which literally cut healing time from months to a few weeks! I also appreciated her willingness to “think outside the box” in that after treating me over the course of a few months, and after having multiple Mohs procedures, she said she suspected I had reactive squamous cell carcinoma…the body reacts to trauma surgeries, biopsies by producing more squamous cells. She offered to try injecting the lesions with effudex which was very successful! She also suggested that I try a field of effudex cream on my lower legs as well. The incidence of recurrence have been greatly reduced. Aside from my personal health issues, the entire staff with whom I’ve interacted have been exceptionally professional, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this practice more highly!

Emily in the aesthetic and laser center has been great! She has helped me achieve my skin goals and had my skin in the best condition for my wedding day & beyond!

They seem to handle non-cosmetic cases like packages at an Amazon warehouse. They were poor at both listening and education on issues. A sympathetic response to negative reviews does nothing to change the culture of the organization. It is hard to change an organization's culture.

What a wonderful experience I had for my moh’s surgery with Dr. Rachel Phlederer and her PA’s. From beginning to follow up I felt cared for, cared about and they were eager to answer my questions. An A+ experience!

Super bummed about my this place! Would NOT recommend for Botox. I have never had little to zero results. I don’t write reviews but I hate for anyone else to have this happen, especially during holidays.

One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I was asked to arrive at 2:30. It was 3:30 before I went back. It was weird and awkward. Almost as if they were trying to squeeze me into the schedule, but I had an appointment. Wendy saw me for less than 5 minutes. Did not do a full body check. Did not ask ANY questions to understand my symptoms more. When I tried to volunteer information or ask questions, I felt like I was a burden to her. It seemed as if she was behind schedule and needed to catch up. I paid the price for their schedule mistakes. Or maybe Wendy just doesn’t care about her patients. She looked at my face and back, refilled medics that I told her we’re not really working to actually solve the problem. Then told me to buy expensive creams. I will say the worker in the shop downstairs was amazing and precious. But the actual practice was awful. I’ve learned more from googling words that were thrown around than from my appointment. It makes me sad and frustrated.

I absolutely love Village Dermatology and I just want to take a moment to brag on Kim in the laser center. When I first started getting laser treatment over a year ago, I was hesitant and somewhat nervous. Kim has always been my esthetician and she made this process so comfortable, professional and even fun. I’ve had laser hair removal on my lower legs and underarms, and I’m currently working on upper legs and bikini. I’ve had BBL therapy on my arms, which eliminated all of my arm freckles. And I’ve had multiple microneedling sessions on my arms. She’s kept me distracted, explained the science and been such a wonderful person to me. Overall, I’ve made so much progress and I love my results with all of my treatments. Village Dermatology is THE BEST!
