Village Flea Market

The place is ( in my opinion ) no longer a flea market. It's more of a retail store clashed within mexican swap meet. Too much new stuff, not enough old. I've been coming to the flea market with my mother since I was a little kid starting around 7 years old. Over time the vendors would disappear & new vendors would take their place with new items. If I wanted new stuff, I'd go to the mall or wally world. I don't think I can bring myself back there but maybe once in a while. Again I'd like to say...THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER A FLEA MARKET. They need to change the Flea market name part & call it something else not too misleading.....I am disappointed that it had to close the doors though. Good times, good memories. ...no more.. So long Village Flea Market. I'll miss the vendors I knew in there.

Imagine going into a place that makes you feel at home. But for me it's like eating at Grandma's house . Always friendly and the food is great.

Just went there to check out some stuff . There is no smoking in there anymore. The restaurant was closed down. I noticed many booths closed and or gone. There was more people selling cell phones and a really cool knife place. which I found a few handy items there. The place where they sold the fudge is gone. (this upset me). if you need something to do on a Friday or Saturday try here. Support the local sellers. who knows maybe you will find your next DIY project.

Got a great deal on silver age comics! Almost feel like I stole them. Too bad that this is the last weekend at the old location. Won't be the same without it.

I'm going to miss that place. From what I understand though, they'll be relocating, though the eventual "where", seems to be up in the air.
