Village Montessori School

Our son has been in Kido for about 10 months and we’ve had an amazing experience. He loves going to Kido! The staff is very caring and responsive. They have communicated with us very well via the app and have called us if anything important came up which has been very reassuring for us since our son has a health condition. We initially had planned for another daycare facility but with COVID we decided to keep him home until after he was one and we are so lucky to have found Kido by the time we felt comfortable starting daycare. Highly recommend. I see some not great reviews here hence I felt compelled to share that our experience has been exceptional and I have no hesitation to recommend it to other families.

We absolutely love Kido! Our daughter has been going to Kido since she was three months old and is about to turn one next month. She literally jumps into the arms of the teachers every morning we drop her off. The staff is super responsive to questions and it is so nice that they are able to send photos throughout the day. We are very grateful for Kido and highly recommend this daycare!

Can’t say enough good things about Kido Rice Village! Our child started there at just under 4 months and only left at one year because we moved out of town. We would have stayed until kindergarten otherwise! The teachers and other staff have all been so kind and caring at every step. Given our child was so young we especially liked that they split the baby classrooms by ages approximately 6 month ranges so that care and engaging activities are tailored to the babies’ level of development. Location is great and hours are so convenient. We haven’t used other daycares in Houston but would definitely recommend Kido to any houston family!

Today's my sons last day at the DAYCARE, and I want to thank the teachers, faculty, and staff for providing my child an excellent DAYCARE. We are moving to another prepratory preschool school for kindergarten prep before he will be at river oaks elementary, due to our zoning. Thank you Ms. Leslie for your hard work and dedication. Thank you, Ms Suzanne for your leadership and for taking care of my son. I will never forget the amazing things you did for me and Ayaan.Thank you, Ms. Jimena, Daniella, and Alli, for your warm presence. The faculty and staff truly made this DAYCARE an amazing DAYCARE. My son learned how to play and how to play with others....truly amazing as we made lots of friends from this DAYCARE. We had felt warm at kido knowing that the DAYCARE would provide wellness for my child...thank you for a wonderful DAYCARE

Kido was my son first school and I was very pleased with the high level of educational activities they do , my son year in kido was amazing , the teachers are very welcoming , loving and caring,

Our experience so far is excellent, transition after almost a year at home due to CoVid was smooth and soon enough my 4 yo said he doesn't want any other day care or school “ever” and that he wants to go to Miss Hayde’s class. I like their activities and curriculum, they have fantastic outdoor area. All the personnel is attentive and nice and respond quickly to any of our questions

Every time my daughter knows she’s going to kido she wakes up with a smile looking foward to come here they make her feel very special and welcomed! I couldn’t be more happy!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Kido thus far. My son has been in Discoverers 2 and 3 and has loved both classes. They send pictures constantly throughout the day of the kids doing a wide variety of activities. They were an integral part of his transition to solids and offer a wide variety of food throughout the day. The Spanish immersion is nice a feature — one of his first words was “agua.” We’ve been extremely happy there and look forward to him growing there for years to come!
