Great to work with, from booking and scheduling to day of our tour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. The bus was beautiful - exceeded our expectations! And our driver was excellent. Will definitely use Village Tours again!

Village Tours was exactly what we asked for! Their scheduling people were so helpful in reserving our bus, they sent reminders, helped with timing, and they sent the BEST driver! Chester was the sweetest guy! With a group of middle school girls, he was patient and helpful throughout the trip! Thanks, Village Charters!

Our experience with your company was wonderful! Lori, in sales, was so easy to work with from the outset when I first inquired about pricing and availability. She was prompt to respond and helpful throughout the process and patient with us as we worked out the details of our needs and schedule. I would have been lost without her! Our drivers, Jim and Norm, were also fantastic. They were consistently on time, friendly and professional. I was so impressed with Jim, when he even followed up with me after our trip was complete, to see how our teams performed in their synchronized skating competition! Also, the bus itself, completely met our needs! Thank you all, so much , for your professionalism and people skills. You made us feel confident in our choice to use you as our form of transportation while in Wichita.

I have been chartering buses for our skating team for 10 years and I have to say that my experience with Village Tours was one of the best. Our driver, Ed, was fantastic - helpful, personable, cared about our athletes and came to watch them compete, and managed to get us everywhere we needed to be on time. The bus was also of top quality. If we come back to KS, we'll definitely call on Village Tours again.
