If you are looking for something special and great customer service, then go to Villagio Tile & Stone. They have all the basics but they have truly special options for the discerning eye. And their staff is really terrific with which to work. I ordered some very special tile for my master and guest bathrooms. There were several options and Alexandra was very patient and helpful during the process. And when I was short one tile, she was so helpful making sure I got it quickly and painlessly. LOVE THEM!
We had an excellent experience with Natalie at Villagio. Having to select materials for our new home build was an overwhelming thought, but Natalie took all the stress out of it. We often arrived to find a variety of options already laid out and hand picked according to our inspiration photos. When we didn’t have any specific ideas in mind, she asked what the overall feel should be, then directed us towards options that we had not even considered previously ended up going with them too!. It was very much like having a designer at our side for the whole ordeal, but no designer fees! I would highly recommend Villagio for any project.
Originally I had gone to an online source for tile purchase only to realize I was going the wrong direction style wise for the Primary bedroom. In a panic as the install date was approaching, I was fortunate to get an appointment with Natalie. After giving her an idea of what I was looking to achieve, she quickly identified several options for me to consider. Then she helped me think through tile placement, grout and schluter trim options. Her assistance has been invaluable to us and our project. Others working at Villagio also seemed customer service oriented but no doubt Natalie went above and beyond.
Villagio is ALWAYS my go to first stop for tile. I love their excellent staff and personal service and vast inventory. If a selection is unavailable they have a possible alternative on hand for me. I rely on their expertise when deciding on stone and tile layout and when selecting grout and edge details. They are #1 in greater Phoenix and Scottsdale!
We embarked on a kitchen remodel in the beginning of 2022. Villagio Tile and Stone supplied us with the tile for our kitchen and entryway floor. Their selection of tile in the show room can be overwhelming but the team navigated us through the process, and we selected the most amazing tile. The color, texture and size of the tiles were absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for their eye to detail and extremely grateful for the follow up on the order. Thank you Villagio

The staff at Villagio are exceptional. We have purchased tile from them on several occasions. The showroom has an excellent selection and a broad range of tile to choose from. We have purchased both simple tile as well as hand-made, high-end decorative tile and have been very pleased with their product. The staff was very attentive and patient in helping us select the perfect tile for our home, and I've found all of them to be incredibly knowledgeable about their products. It's really the best tile store in Scottsdale.
Villagio Tile & Stone has a wonderful selection of tile and decorative trim. You will find excellent quality and good value compared to other stores we have shopped in the Valley. What made our experience extra special was our Tile Consultant, Courtney Daley. Courtney is very creative, knowledgeable and the customer service was incredible. She made a stressful time of remodeling a lot easier. Thank you, Courtney, for a job well done!

We didn't have a large job kitchen backsplash, but were treated with terrific attention and helpfulness. Nice people, nice atmosphere. No pressure. When we asked in the door, Courtney was all ready with samples and details that we needed. We'd looked at several others tile stores and Villagio had the best selection and the best people to help us!
