Krystal came out to give an estimate and promised an email that day or the next and has gone radio silent since then 2 weeks ago. I have reached out via telephone, email, even their website...to no avail. If you aren't up for the job, just say so, don't ignore potential customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

won't return calls to correct poor workmanship. Painted my house and the painted trim is peeling. When I have reached them they tell me they will schedule me to come out and correct. has been over a year now and never corrected.
