Vincenzo's Story
We believe the food provided at your event needs to be as memorable as the event itself; it needs to enrich and compliment the reason for your gathering. We work hard to make sure all of your needs are met and understood, to provide you with the best food and service to make your occasion special.
We have a full range of menu items and prices to suit all needs. We are a small company with 15 years of experience in food preparation and customer service so you can be assured that you will be getting the best service and food possible. All of our food is homemade and we are positive you will love what we create for you. We also realize there may be something special you have in mind for your event, so if you have menu suggestions not listed, or ideas of your own, we are very flexible. About the Name
When our Grandfather came from Italy to Ellis Island in 1911 his name was Vincenzo Colonna, once he arrived his name was changed to James Colonna. We felt it was very important to name our business after him because of the great opportunities that have been given to us from his great journey to this country at the age of 5. We have found that hard work and doing what you love is the most important way to be successful and happy.
