Very friendly staff. Good selection, and the store is very clean. Plus they are open on Sunday’s, unlike some other liquor stores!
I frequent here almost every other day being as I live right across the street, so the locale is convenient for me. In addition to that, the owners especially the woman, is extremely pleasant she and I have nice conversations all the time. Furthermore, the selection is vast so I would definitely recommend to all to visit Vinnings Bottle Shop.
I walked in happily this guy is frowning and mean mugging me the whole time behind the counter. I said you guys aren’t very friendly in here I see “jokingly” and he told me to leave. Terrible customer service. I took my money elsewhere to the nearest competitor to get casamigos.
I've been coming here for a year since store is close to my ho!e in vinings. I gave a lady change die to the fact of my purse being stolen and phone so I had to wait to receive new items and cards. Had my card overnighted I came back 24 hours later to buy something and the male owner said he does not like me and I was 29 cents shorts. To be honest I wasn't and if so my apologies just add the money to my bill. The way he disrespected me in front of customers was very embarrassing and he thought I was going to react like the typical stero typed customers and I absolutely did not. If it's not an emergency do NOT PURCHASE anything from this store
Just ok. Friendly enough service and decent selections. Four stars for the convenient location. Prices are higher than other nearby liquor stores
With out m this store is at 3.7 stars out of 5. Today I was racially profiled by the owner. I don't know how his day has been going but I didn't do anything other than walk into his business to purchase something. Blessings his way if it was up to me 0 stars
25-35% higher prices than anywhere else within walking distance in the area. The only people who shop here are people who are ignorant or simply don't care about prices. Very small selection/ rude staff and/or owners. Have been here a few times as I figured I'd give them a second/third chance, but I won't be going back. 1/10 score!
Didn't find what I was looking for but the clerk help me find something similar. The shelves are compressed, make browsing less inviting.
Overpriced alcohol. Then it’s Always attitude or weird energy. I won’t be going back after today. I’m glad it’s a liquor 2 mins away and saved me 5$ on my bottle.
The worse experience I have ever had. Lady refused to accept my drivers license because it was from the state of Florida. Then she tried to quiz me on my drivers license, which reflected an old address. I explained to her I recently moved here about 3 weeks ago and I have two children one is 8 and the other is 2. She still didn’t believe me. She then ask why didn’t I update my drivers license then. I advised her I just moved here. I still have time to update my license, especially with the corona going on. So I showed her my first original ID that I have ever owned, which you can see my date of birth and the date of that original ID. Obviously, she refused to sale to me based off of her own suspicions. Therefore, I will be reporting this situation. Not only that, but she also accused my cousins of trying to steal when clearly they were trying to make a purchase. This was not my only time coming to this store, but it was the first issue I have ever had. I will push this complaint as far as possible so she will stop judging people based off of looks and stop being rude for no apparent reason. I will say the younger gentlemen was so friendly the first time I came here, that I told myself this will be the place I will come to all of the time. He as well questioned my age, but not to the extreme of the older lady. I don’t mind proving my age, but if I prove it in more than one way, and you still tell me I’m lying then I assume you’re refusing to sale to me for other reasons, and that I cannot accept.
